Mormons disagree, but there are only 7 million of those or so in a country of 330 million that's still majority Christian at least nominally. The rest of the world has a much smaller proportion than that. Jehovah's Witnesses add another 9 million or so globally, but that's still not enough to meet the 15% threshold.
